Wild Ones Tip #349
If you don’t understand what’s going on, it’s because you haven’t been in Tomahawk long enough.

My sister and I decided to go to Tomahawk to learn more about our estranged grandmother and spend some time together doing something other than networking.

What we expected was some quiet town, a peaceful escape, and a little downtime.

What we got?

**** 4.5 Stars!!!!****

The third instalment in the “Wild Ones” series and I am absolutely charmed by the quirky people of the small town of Tomahawk! I’m sooo glad I came across this hilarious series and I can’t wait for the author to write more books!!! I have nothing bad to say about these stories and I highly recommend them for anyone that is on the lookout for a laugh out loud romance! The stories in this series are so light hearted and low angst... they put a smile on your face, butterflies

This book is super funny! I devoured it in one sitting and was unable to stop reading until the very end. C.M. Owens has made this one of my all time favorite series because every time I dive into one of these books I am aching for more. The characters are some of the best around and I would gladly live in Tomahawk with them if I could! This is a refreshingly funny series and I can't wait for more Wild Ones (honestly

Well worth the wait!

I waited so long for this book and it did not disappoint. You do have to suspend your disbelief a bit as many of the situations that happen in this book are just too ludicrous to comprehend, but are just dip funny and entertaining that it just works perfectly in this story and in this series.

We actually get two romances in this book. The primary one is Piper and Kai Wilder and the second is Piper's sister Reece and Hale Vincent. However their story does not finish in this bo

There aren't many romcoms that are truly laugh out loud, but this one was. The best of this series, so far!

I loved book one. I enjoyed the second, bc even though I didn't care about the couple, I loved the crazy town. So, I'm asking, what happened to my lovely crazy town? They became too much in this book. The guys antics during the date made me laugh out loud though.

Amazing! I fall more in love with this series every time I read it and now I can add this book to the list. Loved Kai and Piper. Was great to have an insight into the Wilder family. Can’t wait for the next books. Can already tell that they’re going to be epic. Highly recommend.

1.5* rounded up(I'm not even sure why 😂)

The deja Vu is strong right now,see I was eagerly anticipating this book because I really liked the previous ones in this series.....just as I had eagerly anticipated Adrenaline Rush by this author and was very disappointed....same story here!
I'm not even sure I can explain what went wrong

I wrote and deleted this review 4 times and honestly as much as I loved some of this author's other books, this one just isn't worth the stress

Kai Wilder saves Piper's life after a disastrous rescue of a deer goes awry. Piper awakens in a compromising position with Kai and is mortified. The city girl meets one of the Wilder boys who have quite the reputation in Tomahawk. Piper quickly believes the town is full of crazies and she seems to be dating in one of them.

Kai realizes Piper is not in Tomahawk to stay, but a fling is ok and he makes sure the locals know she is his. However, this dating gig is a lot more work then he thought and

I mean if you're not into far fetched over the top shit then this probably not for you.

However me, I love me some crazy and this has that by the boat load.

The wild ones are everything I need and want in my life!. It's one huge crazy family getting up to all sorts of hilariously dysfunctional shenanigans that will have you dying in laughter. I haven't laughed at a book like I do at these stories in I don't know how long.

Your getting more than you bargained for here because whilst the main char

Ok so when I first finished reading this I felt I might be being overly harsh and just in a bad mood to read, espcially as I enjoyed the first two books, so gave myself a few days to cool down, process, and re-read a little bit....And yep still super dispapointed in this, no longer mad but so disappointed.

This book does not have the energy of the first book, and the lead characters did not draw me in like they did in the second book. Kai especially felt watered down as a character, what we get h

These books make me so happy. I'm not sure if it's because I'm part redneck or the sheer f*ckery these characters get into. Either way, I can relate. Kai's inner dialogue was everything. I couldn't breathe at the 13% mark. Although hesitant at first, Piper slowly but surely began to let Tomahawk and the Wild Ones (yes people, there's lots 'o cameos) become her new normal. It was a fun ride. There was a side story with Hale Vincent and Piper's sister, Reese, that is due for some resolve in the ne ...more

**3.5**

I still enjoyed all the banter and Wild Ones antics and it had me laughing throughout, but I didn't really understand what Kai saw in Piper. They didn't have as much chemistry as the previous couples, but I did like Kai. I think more could have also been done to explain exactly why Kai has the reputation of being the most wild and unpredictable of the Wild Ones when his behavior throughout the book was relatively mild in comparison.

Looking forward to the next one and revisiting Tomahawk

I love, love, love this series. It's just so much fun. There are a bunch of time where you could go "That wouldn't happen" but don't do it, don't be serious just let your imagination go with it. I laughed out loud so many times during this book.

I wish Tomahawk was real, I'd move there in a heartbeat.

This is the story between Kai Wilder and Piper something. We also get a big part of Hale Vincent and Reese something's story.

I wish we had gotten Hale's full story instead of Kai and Piper's. Hale and Reese appear so sweet together and they fully embrace their relationship throughout their appearances. It's because of Hale approaching Reese that Kai and Piper even get to know each other better. So I feel cheated. Instead of a fun, carefree adventure between crazy, charming Hale and loose, wild R

As with all of this series of books it was hilarious and keeps you wanting more from beginning to end. This book is mainly about Kai Wilder and his romance with Piper but there is also a romance occurring between her sister and Hale Vincent but all you get is the hint of what is going on not a full story hopefully to be told at another point soon please.

Piper and her sister Reece are in Tomahawk to decide if they should sell their late grandmothers cabin. But on her way to the obscure cabin she

OMG I loved revisiting the Wild Ones and all that book three has to bring. Kia and Piper’s story add a whole knew level of cray cray (yikes). The internal dialogue of these two kept producing bouts of uncontrolled laughter all throughout this read. Piper’s disbelief and feelings of being in an alternate universe as she experiences the madness of the town of Tomahawk are some of the funniest things I have ever read. Kia sleighs me. I love living in his brain and all the over-the-top, backwoods th ...more

So, Wilder was absolutely laugh out loud funny for most of the books, then CM Owens decided to tear our hearts out with a teaspoon for a bit, and end on an epic note. All the feels. Basically what I’ve come to expect from this exceptional author who shall forever remain in my one click list.
I’ll be honest, I actually didn’t like Piper at first; she seemed very judgmental her sister was a lot nicer. Of course, as it’s CM Owens, the h slowly grows on you until you’re rooting for her; then she she

This is book 3 in the wild ones series. They are interconnecting standalones.

As with the other two Wild Ones series I loved this book! It is a romantic comedy.

Wilder follows Kai Wilder- one of the wild ones families from Tomahawk and Piper an out of Towner who came to check out her late grandma's cabin with her sister.

Just on her first day in Tomahawk she almost dies four times. The most recent a plunge into icy waters trying to save a baby deer. It appears Tomahawk doesn't agree with Piper.

Not as good as the first two Wild Ones books

C.M Owens is my favourite author and I've read the majority of her books more than once. I absolutely loved the first two books in The Wild Ones series and was waiting with bated breath for this one. Unfortunately it wasn't as exciting as the first two. I struggled to stay interested and continue reading. Eventually i got bored and stopped reading at 59%. I didn't feel it was as funny as the first two books and the storyline was pretty average. Couldn

A Wild Ride worth Taking!!!

Holy freaking Wilder!!!! Wilder is brilliantly hilarious, laugh out loud funny. Hands down the best of the Wild Ones. I seriously have a lady boner for Kai, always have. He is so wild, so sweet, so adorable( dont tell him that). It was so endearing to read all about him. It was everything I always wanted his story to be. Ioved it, i laughed, I even felt all his heartache. And now I want my own Cougar!!!

The wild ones are definitely WILD!!!!!

I adore C.M. Owens, everything she writes pulls me in from the very first line. This series is some thing special Crazy but there is just something that with all the crazy it still feels normal. I have loved every book in the series so far and they just keep getting better and better. Take a walk on the Wild side you won’t regret it xx

I love this series! Another funny story set in Tomahawk. Focuses on outsiders Piper and Reece and their reaction to the crazy happenings in Tomahawk and falling for crazy ‘wild ones’. Lots of laugh out loud moments that Would be spoilers if I shared.

C.M. Owens only writes romance, but she's a sub-genre whore.
